General Dentist



Location: Huntsville, AL






We are seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our compassionate and mission driven team. If you're looking to improve people's lives while making a great living, receiving excellent benefits, and working for an organization that actually cares - this is the job for you.







Position Details:




  • Schedule:

    • Monday - Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    • Wednesday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM




  • Patients: Mostly adults, some pediatrics; average 14 ppd


  • Clinical Scope: Routine exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, sealants, treatment for abscesses and tooth decay, gum disease management, and emergency care.


  • Support Staff: 1 dental hygienist, 2 dental assistants



Compensation & Benefits



  • Salary range: Starting at $180,000

  • Medical and dental insurance; company pays 100 % of Premiums

  • 401(k) retirement plan & Retirement Profit Sharing Plan

  • 15 PTO days/year starting day 1 of employment + 9 holidays

  • Loan Forgiveness through National Health Service Corps (NHSC)

  • Relocation assistance

  • CME reimbursements up to $2,000



What we are looking for?



  • Active Alabama dental license , and AL Controlled Substance Registration and DEA registration, both in good standing

  • Current BLS certification

  • Experienced provider preferred

  • Compassionate, mission-driven, and community-oriented

  • Comfortable educating patients about oral health and preventive care

  • Experience with diverse populations, including Medicaid/uninsured patients, those living below the poverty level, and individuals with diabetes

  • Comfortable working with pediatric patients and approximately 10-15% Spanish-speaking patient population
