  Academic Role: Faculty appointment with the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix

  Teaching-Focused Practice: Outpatient precepting, resident mentorship, and curriculum development

  Protected Faculty Time: Dedicated time for teaching, scholarship, and program development

  Flexible Scheduling: Outpatient-focused role with limited call; inpatient shifts optional

  Leadership Opportunities: Participate in program growth with pathways to future leadership roles (e.g., curriculum lead)

Requirements:

  Board Certified or Board Eligible: Bring your expertise as a certified Internal Medicine physician.
