A full house, tickets coming in non-stop, and a kitchen that needs to keep moving. And you know how to stay in control when the pressure builds. After your shift, you step straight onto the beach.
This is where the pace picks up the moment the sun breaks through. You'll be part of a kitchen that runs on structure and teamwork, where everyone knows their role when it gets busy.
About the location
You'll work at a well-organised beach pavilion with a clear concept and structured way of working. The kitchen focuses on high-volume service with a menu built for pace and consistency during busy lunch and dinner shifts.
Outside of service, the setting is calm. Sea, sand and space around you. During service, it's all about pace, coordination and delivering consistent quality.
The role
As an Independent Chef, you run your own section and make sure every dish leaves the pass according to set recipes and standards. You keep control of your station, manage timing and stay sharp as the pressure builds.
What will you do?
- Run the hot section independently
- Maintain overview and timing during busy service
- Coordinate with the cold section for a smooth workflow
- Work according to fixed recipes and quality standards
- Contribute to a stable and well-coordinated kitchen team
Who are we looking for?
- Several years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Experience with high-volume service or seasonal peaks
- You stay focused and effective under pressure
- You work independently and communicate easily with colleagues
- You speak Dutch or English
This role suits chefs who prefer clarity, pace and a structured kitchen environment.

- €19 per hour, including holiday pay and accrued vacation days
- Strong tips during the high season
- Average of 38 hours per week across the season
- Peak weeks up to 60 hours
