  Patient Base: Pediatric care, primarily Medicaid with some PPO patients

  Work Schedule: 4 days per week, no weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

• 
  Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000 annually


• 
  Guaranteed Minimum: $700-$1,000 per day (based on experience)


• 
  Production Bonus: 25-27%+ of adjusted collections (based on experience)

  Sign-On Bonus: $15,000


• 
  Relocation Support: Up to $5,000


• 
  Student Loan Repayment: $10,000 per year

Candidate Requirements:

  License: DDS or DMD, eligible for or currently holding an Ohio dental license
