An impressive community hospital undergoing a $29M expansion and renovation is seeking a dynamic BC/BE FM or EM provider to join its growing practice. Enjoy excellent work/life balance for outstanding earnings.
Position Details:
• Optional fast-track to leadership - EM Medical Director opening with $24K annual director stipend
• Solo-coverage, 24-hour ED shifts at a modern facility equipped with advanced medical technology, in-house specialists, APPs, specialized clinics, and more
• Low volume - roughly 400-500 cases per month
• Uncapped earning potential and no production thresholds
• EM- or FM-trained providers welcome to apply
Compensation & Benefits:
• Highly competitive compensation with a full suite of benefits
• Two shifts per week = $536K+ annually
• $50k incentive package
• IPERS, malpractice with tail, comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage, and more
• PSLF-eligible
