  • End Date/Duration: Permanent


  • Shift: 7.5 (full-time) or 5.5+ (part-time) 24-hour shifts/month


  • Hours/Week: 30+ hours/week (part-time options available)


  • Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (benefit eligible)


  • License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN, Active Texas license preferred


  • Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred but not required




Pay & Benefits



  • Pay Rate: $135 per hour ( $292,000 annually for full-time schedule)

What You ll Do


  • Manage OB/GYN care in a Level II NICU setting, collaborating with neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists

  • Handle deliveries, including vaginal and Cesarean sections, with support from a dedicated team

  • Conduct OB triage, admissions, and inpatient care for high-risk pregnancies

  • Respond to emergencies in labor/delivery and GYN emergencies on the OB floor

  • Perform OBED consults and assist in surgical procedures

  • Provide coverage for unassigned patients and private call coverage as needed

  • Contribute to the hospital s mission of providing excellent women s health care and community engagement




What You Need



  • Required:

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

    • Active Texas medical license (or eligible for immediate licensing)

    • Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts as required




  • Preferred:

    • Experience in hospital-based obstetrics

    • Ability to manage high-risk pregnancies and perform Cesarean sections
