Pay & Benefits

  Pay Range: $135 - $150/hr ($280,800 - $312,000 annually based on full-time hours)

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary medical care to enrolled Veterans.


• Manage patient health through assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and health education.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.


• Conduct face-to-face, telehealth, and telephone visits, ensuring same-day access to care.


• Supervise and coordinate the clinical care delivery at a VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic.


• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.


• Document patient encounters accurately and maintain confidentiality.

What You Need

• Active PA Medical License and current Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.


• Prescriptive authority.


• Minimum of 2 years outpatient/primary care experience.


• Ability to pass VA background check.


• Willingness to train in Women s Health exams.


• BLS certification through AHA or MTN.
