Baptist Primary Care Beaches is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice located just steps from the ocean in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. This is a rare opportunity to practice outpatient family medicine in one of Northeast Florida s most desirable coastal communities, supported by the region s Most Preferred health system.
What You Can ExpectGuaranteed base salary of $260,000+ (commensurate with experience)
$20,000 signing bonus
Year 2 retention bonus
Shared call schedule
Manageable patient volume of per day
Epic EHR system

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active/unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain a Florida license)
