Job description

Are you known for your excellent communication skills and your ability to connect with people? We are gearing up to hire full-time representatives on contract for upcoming on-site positions in Moncton.


As a bilingual Customer Service Government Representative, you will provide video call assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. This position is a 3-months temporary mandate subject to a possible extension: this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get to know our dynamic team!

    • Your position in a glimpse:

  • Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring assistance;
  • Kindly assist people by: Validating their identity through video calls; Answering their questions related to administrative document renewal and approval processes; Directing them to another service, if needed.
  • Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.


    • Qualifications:

  • You are bilingual (English and French).
  • Eligibility criteria: Be available to work 7 days a week, any time between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm (ADT). Full-time (35 to 40 hours) positions are available. You must be able to work from our for all shifts;
  • Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you enjoy helping and interacting with people!
