- Dates Available: 9/29/25, 9/30/25, 10/1/25
- Care Setting: Outpatient
- Shift Type: Days, 7 am - 4 pm
- Average Patients Per Day: 35
Key Requirements
- Licensure: Active OH license required; IMLC candidates accepted
- Board Certification: Required
- Certifications: BLS required
- Experience: Relevant experience in Radiation Oncology
- Vaccination: Required
- Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days
