A thriving dental group in Baton Rouge is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with 100% Pediatric Experience to join their team. This is a volume-driven practice that serves a predominantly Medicaid patient base (90%), focusing on providing high-quality care for children up to age 21.

Position Highlights:

• 
  Full-time (5 days/week, 8 AM 5 PM) or Part-time (3 4 days/week) options available.


• Work within a small group of experienced dentists in a collaborative setting.


•

    Employed: Percentage of production with full malpractice coverage & benefits (negotiable based on experience).

    Contracted: Higher percentage of production but responsible for own expenses.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Patient-Centered Approach: The group prioritizes patient care and is looking for providers who genuinely care about treating children, rather than being solely production-driven.

Ideal Candidate:

• 
  Pediatric Dentist preferred, but General Dentists with strong pediatric experience are encouraged to apply.
