Payroll Project Executive - Belfast (Hybrid)

Job Duties of the Payroll Project Executive include:
- Support the delivery of global payroll projects for a diverse portfolio of multinational clientsTrack project milestones, actions and deadlines to ensure timely completion of deliverablesMonitor project issues and risks, maintaining logs and escalating where necessaryManage tickets and workflow activities through internal systemsOrganise project meetings and facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholdersPrepare monthly service level agreement (SLA) and performance reportingMaintain accurate records of project time, activities and deliverables
What you need to be the Successful Payroll Project Executive:
- Graduate qualification or equivalent experience, ideally with exposure to payroll or financial services
- Around 1 year of project management experience with strong planning and organisational skills
- High attention to detail, able to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including accurate minute taking
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and capable of multitasking across projects
- Strong calendar management and ability to prioritise associated tasks
