As Sous Chef you will work as part of the kitchen management team, supporting and working alongside the Head Chef to maximise sales and profit, delivering every dish to the required specification, controlling all costs and ensuring all areas of compliance are adhered to.
Skills
Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen setting.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production techniques.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment with a focus on high-quality service delivery.
Leadership qualities combined with the ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of culinary operations.
Familiarity with serving procedures and guest interaction is advantageous. This position provides an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional eager to contribute their expertise within a supportive team environment while advancing their career in hospitality management.
Pay: From £33,200.00 per year
