Chef de Partie in Yarm
An exciting opportunity for a Chef De Partie has arisen with an independently owned pub & restaurant based in Yarm. You will be required to work alongside and be a part of a friendly small kitchen team, ran by our Head Chef.
We are looking for someone with experience in:
Producing high quality, fresh locally sourced food on a high volume basis with experience within a similar industry.
The candidate will be responsible for section stock control
Ordering
Preparation and cooking of dishes
Must have good organisation and communication skills.
All candidates must provide references, proof of identity and eligibility to work in the UK along with relevant supporting qualifications.
