Physician-lead medical group is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join a well-established practice in northwestern Illinois, just east of Davenport, IA.





Details:

• Full-time employed position
• Join one physician and experienced clinical and non-clinical staff
• Call coverage will be split 1:3 consisting of calls only
• Group offers on-campus radiology, lab and pharmacy services to assist with the care of your patients
• Infusion Center reopening in January of 2026

Compensation/Benefits:

• Competitive compensation with two-year guarantee of $330k, then transition to wRVU Model
• $120k recruitment incentive
• Relocation allowance up to $15k
• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
• Generous paid time off consisting of 4 weeks of vacation time, 1 week CME, & 6 paid holidays
• CME Allowance of $6k annually
