- Full Time
- Hours: Monday to Friday, No Weekends: 40 hours per week
- Employed
- Average Patients seen: 20-24
- Call Schedule: Call is shared regionally and very limited. Outpatient only. About 4-6 weeks per year
- Compensation: Compensation is highly competitive, offering $90k-$120k, depending on experience. -Bonus available, up to 20% of annual compensation

INTEGRAL PROVIDER SUPPORT: Providers offer a value-based healthcare model, minimizing high patient volumes, so they focus on their primary objective: providing top-tier pediatric care. -Each site has a team-based model with MDs, NPs/PAs, RNs, and MAs supporting each provider.-EMR: eCW( E-clinical works)YOUR VOICE MATTERS: As a newly-founded health group, physicians are coming in to help shape and offer consultation, with lots of opportunity for growth. LIMITED CALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Work-life balance is pivotal. Call is first triaged by pediatric RNs, then, shared regionally amongst providers. Call may occur 4-6 weeks throughout the year, and is phone call only. Accepting PA providers with 1 year minimum of pediatric experience (outpatient, primary care preferred).
