We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Director, Inspection Operations and Optimization with experience in leading large-scale operational transformation and building more scalable, modern operating models. You will be part of the Field Inspection Operations team responsible for building a more scalable, efficient, and technology-enabled inspection field organization.


In this role, you will be involved in driving operational transformation at scale , improving performance through data-driven decision making , and shaping the future of field inspection operations. You will also have the opportunity to use your experience in territory planning, routing optimization, and workforce utilization. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in field operations, logistics, service delivery, or related environments.

  • Industry/Domain Expertise :
    Deep understanding of field operations, logistics, or service delivery models at scale.






  • Process/Methodology :
    Proficiency in operational transformation, change leadership, and scalable process design.






  • Strategic Alignment :
    Ability to align territory planning, routing optimization, and workforce utilization with cost efficiency drivers.








Functional Expertise






  • Area of Expertise :
    Leading large-scale transformation and integration initiatives.






  • Role-Specific Skill :
    Expertise in capacity planning, resource forecasting, and operational performance optimization.






  • Leadership/Coaching :
    Experience in building and scaling distributed field teams, including contractors and FTEs.






  • Operational Excellence :
    Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Operations, Product, and Data.






Technical Expertise





  • Technical Skill : Experience with routing, scheduling, or workforce management tools.





  • Technical Literacy : Strong data fluency with the ability to translate insights into operational decisions.




  • System Knowledge : Familiarity with reporting, analytics, and performance tracking systems.





  • Technical Risk : Experience enabling operations through technology, automation, or system-driven workflows.




You Own:


  • Leading the transformation of field operations into a unified, scalable, and technology-enabled operating model (50%).




  • Building and implementing modern processes, workflows, and standards across field teams (30%).




  • Driving data-informed decisions across routing, territory design, capacity, and SLA performance (10%).




  • Establishing standardized metrics, performance visibility, and accountability across all regions (10%).






Who You Will Work With:

Reporting to the VP, Commercial Operations and Sales, this role will collaborate with Sales, Product, Data, Arbitration, and Operations teams. You will partner cross-functionally to align field operations with broader business strategy and growth objectives.

Your work is performed as a Remote employee.




Must Have's:


  • 8-10+ years of experience in leading operational transformation, change initiatives, or large-scale process improvements with measurable business impact and results.




  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.




  • Experience building, scaling, or integrating distributed or field-based teams across multiple regions.




Nice to Have's:


  • Experience in field operations, logistics, service delivery, or related environments, with demonstrated progression into leadership roles.




  • Experience in inspection services or similar field-based industries.




  • Experience with route optimization, territory planning, or workforce management tools.




  • Experience supporting or leading post-acquisition integration or multi-entity environments.

Compensation Range of

Annual Salary: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 CAD



(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)



Bonus Range



Target Bonus Range: $37,500.00 - $40,000.00
