Schedule:
- Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
- Occasional night/weekend call (low volume; 1:2 rotation)
Location: Marquette, MI
Practice Details:
- 4-provider team (1 MD, 3 APPs)
- 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient
- Average patients per day
- ONCO EMR, onsite genetic counselor, weekly tumor board
- Strong support staff: RNs, navigators, pharmacists, lab tech, social worker, financial counselors, clerical team
- Shared space with radiation oncology
Inpatient:
- APPs typically round
- Hospitalists admit; oncology consulted as needed
- 99% outpatient; no induction chemo on site
Coverage Dates:
- Jan 5 15, 2026 (ending 8 AM on Jan 16)
- Ongoing need: 2 consecutive weeks per month
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology - Required
- Active MI License - Required
- ACLS/BLS - Required
