Assignment Overview

Number of Providers Needed: 2
Call: NoneSchedule & Locations
Location One: More intensive, higher acuity NICU, delivery room support
Location Two: Less intensive, still 24-hour shift coverage available
Providers rotate between both Level III NICU sitesLicensure & Credentialing
License: OR NP/PA license - Required (willing to obtain accepted)
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
Certifications
NRP - Required
Practice & Support
EMR: Epic
Trauma Level: III
Procedures: Attend deliveries, perform unit-based procedures, manage high-risk neonates
Team Structure: 13 NNPs in Medical Group; neonatal physicians contracted and provide daily check-ins
High Delivery Volume:
Location One: 4,500 deliveries/year
Location Two: 3,000 deliveries/yearCall Type / Response
Call Type: Beeper
Response Time: 30 minutes (unit-based support and supervision available)Recruiter Notes
Experience with high-volume deliveries and Level III NICU preferred
