Physician / Hospitalist / North Dakota / Permanent / Hospitalist Opening in Fargo, ND - Closed ICU,

Seeking an adaptable, collaborative, BE/BC Hospitalist looking to spend time with patients and provide top quality care in Fargo, North Dakota.




Position Details:

• 140 Beds, Closed ICU
• Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support
• Manage an average of 14-17 patients per hospitalist
• No procedures required
• Access specialty and 24/7 intensivist support
• Daytime shift
• Shift is 7/7 on & off
• Flexible shifts and scheduling options
• Compensation: $337,000
• Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation

Qualifications:

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or BC/BE in Family Medicine with a strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (mentorship opportunities available)
