Requirements:
- Valid and active Physical Therapy State license.
- CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (with AED).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Design and implement customized exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
- Use hands-on techniques for mobility enhancement and pain relief.
- Apply therapeutic modalities and provide guidance on assistive devices.
- Educate patients and families and document patient progress accurately.
