About the POSITION:
A well-established private practice in Newington, CT, is seeking a motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join their team full-time. The practice has been serving the community for decades and is known for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will be someone who prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth and values long-term relationships with patients. A compassionate chairside manner, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, is essential.
Requirements & Qualifications:
3 5 years of clinical experience required
GPR or AEGD training preferred
Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative, and preventive care
Strong desire for continued learning and professional development
Practice Highlights:
Serving the community since the early 1980s
Patient mix: approximately 60% PPO, 40% fee-for-service
Active patient base: 1,900
Modern technology, including digital X-rays and an iTero Scanner
3 doctor chairs and 2 hygiene chairs
Full-time schedule: Monday Friday
