About the Practice

This privately rooted practice serving the community for more than five decades operates within a well-organized regional support network that provides administrative, operational, and clinical resources while allowing doctors to maintain autonomy in patient care.


Key practice details include:





  • Longstanding presence in the community for 50+ years





  • Patient mix: Approximately 35% fee-for-service / 65% PPO





  • Part-time schedule: Two days per month on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday





  • Active patient base: 4,300





  • Average new patients: 55 per month





  • Operatories: 6 doctor chairs and 5 hygiene chairs





  • Supported by a larger management group offering systems, efficiencies, and growth resources without being named here per request




The town of Greenfield, MA, located in the beautiful Pioneer Valley, offers a blend of small-town New England charm, affordability, and access to outdoor recreation, arts, and local culture. It serves as a commercial and healthcare hub for the surrounding area, making it a strong market for specialty dental services.

Qualifications & Skills



  • 4 5 years of clinical experience preferred




  • DDS or DMD degree with an active Massachusetts dental license in good standing




  • Completion of an accredited Periodontics residency program




  • High proficiency in core periodontal procedures including implants, scaling and root planing, grafting, laser therapy, and related surgical and nonsurgical treatments




  • Strong desire to continue learning, improving skills, and participating in a supportive clinical environment



Compensation & Benefits



  • Annual earning potential: $150,000 $200,000




  • Strong minimum guarantee plus a percentage of collections





  • Malpractice insurance provided




  • Additional administrative and clinical support offered through a regional dental management organization (name intentionally omitted)
