1099 Contract
Need: CRNA
When: May 15 - Oct, 2023 (21 weeks)
Pay: Great Rate of Pay! Lodging, Airfare and Rental Car/Mileage included!
COVID vaccination required. NO EXCEPTIONS
Not willing to consider rotating schedules like 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or 1 on 1 off
Work schedule is Monday-Friday- They prefer 4 x10 s 7am-5pm
Willing to entertain 3x12 s and a shorter day or just 3x12 s
Client likes to run OR s early
No call
EMR is EPIC
CRNAs are supervised
Will do everything except no open hearts, no epidurals, no nerve blocks, no transplants
Endoscopy, cath lab, IR special cases etc
130-180 cases- they can be over 200 with more staff-very busy
Client will guarantee 40 hours for the week
No emergency privs- privs take 60-90 days
Requirements
SC license
BLS
DEA
COVID Vaccine
