Position Details
Location: Knoxville, TN
Reason for Need: Growth in patient volume and expansion with additional operatories
Practice Structure: Two partner doctors supported by an experienced team of pediatric dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff
Technology: State-of-the-art facility equipped with digital imaging, electronic health records, and modern clinical systems for efficient workflows
Office Hours: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Schedule: Ideal candidate 3 4 days per week
Patient Ages: Infants through teenagers
Comprehensive pediatric dentistry: exams, cleanings, fillings, and crowns
Sedation dentistry and behavior management
In-house orthodontics for continuity of care
Focus on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry for growing smiles
Payor mix: Primarily private and commercial insurance (Delta Dental, BCBS), with some Medicaid
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric DentistCommitted to clinical excellence and patient care
Enjoys community involvement and building lasting relationships with families
Open to both new graduates and experienced providers mentorship and support available
