Location: Fareham
Pay: From £13.30 per hour ( Increasing to £14.40 from 6th April 2026 )
Earnings: £40,807+ Potential Annual Gross
Stability: 50 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Home every night)

UPCOMING INCREASE (From April 6th): Base rate rises to £14.00 per hour .
Overtime (Mon-Fri after 10hrs): Time-and-a-half ( £21.00/hr from April)
Saturday Rate: Time-and-a-half for all hours worked ( £21.00/hr from April)
Sunday & Bank Holiday: Double Time! ( £28.00/hr from April)
Attendance Bonus: £1,040 per year (£20/week) for full attendance.
Tax Efficiency: Mobile worker allowance (up to £0.225/hr tax relief).
The Role
Operating out of our strategic sites in the South East, you will be the face of TJ Transport . You will be driving 8-wheel Grab vehicles, transporting aggregates and muckaway between construction sites, quarries, and our recycling facilities.
The Mission: Help us achieve our goal of recycling 100% of the waste we receive.
The Schedule: Minimum 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime available to significantly boost your take-home pay.
What You Need
Licence: Category C (Class 2) is essential.
CPC: Valid Driver CPC & Digi Tacho card.
Experience: 1 year driving goods vehicles (preferred).
Bonus Skills: Previous Tipper or muckaway experience is highly desirable!
Reliability: A professional attitude toward site safety and vehicle maintenance.
