About the POSITION:


Group is seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our team at our outpatient clinic in Baxter Springs, KS.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Deliver comprehensive, high-quality dental care to a diverse patient population.




  • Diagnose, prevent, and treat oral diseases and conditions.




  • Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives.




  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.





Qualifications:




  • D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school.




  • Full and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Kansas.




  • Completion of an accredited General Practice Residency (GPR) program is preferred.




  • Experience or strong interest in community/public health dentistry preferred.




  • Passion for serving underserved populations and reducing barriers to care.





About the COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:




  • Competitive salary starting around $175,000 +, depending on experience.
