Schedule



  • Daily Coverage Model:

    • Day MD: 7:00a 7:00p

    • Mid MD: 12:00p 10:00p

    • Night MD: 7:00p 7:00a




  • No call



Practice Setting



  • Acute Care Hospital Emergency Department



Work Details



  • Annual ED Volume: 70 daily visits

  • ED Beds: 27

  • Hospital Beds: 48

  • Patient Mix:

  • 7% Pediatrics

  • Admission Rate: 8.6%

  • Capabilities:

  • CT, MRI, Ultrasound available 24/7

  • Stroke and trauma transfers supported

  • Wide specialty backup available

  • EMR: EPIC



Requirements



  • Board Certification: ABEM only

  • License: Active Michigan license required

  • Procedures: Required

  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS



Credentialing



  • Timeline: 90 days

  • Temporary privileges available
