Looking for a CRNA to assist with coverage in Flagstaff, AZ - licensing opportunity
Start Date: January 12, 2026
Assignment Length: January 12 May 10, 2026
Shifts: 7:00a 3:00p, 7:00a 5:00p, 7:00a 7:00p, or 3:00p 11:00p
Approx. 40 hours per week
Scheduled shifts only no call
Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
Setting: Hospital
Beds: 317
Average Daily Census: cases per day
Number of ORs: 11 main ORs, 2 ambulatory ORs
Department Description: Includes ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Board Certification: NBCRNA (CRNA required)
State License: Arizona (can license prior to start if needed)
DEA: Not required
CSR: Not required
Certifications: BLS or ACLS required
Minimum Experience: Recent hospital experience required
Trauma Level: Adult Level I/II facility
Vaccination Requirements:COVID-19 Required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
Flu Required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
