Job description



A well-established value-based primary care clinic in Seattle (downtown), Washington, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its team treating geriatric patients. The organization is known for its collaborative environment, low turnover, and strong commitment to work-life balance.






Compensation & Benefits



  • Base salary for this role is $146,000-$155,250 annually. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate

Position Details



  • Outpatient only

  • Geriatric patient population

  • Mix of well visits and acute care

  • Average of 16 patients per day

  • Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm




What You'll Be Working On



  • Managing your own patient panel with a wide range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care

  • Treating patients in the office, in testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth

  • Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing learning opportunities

  • Collaborating daily with in-office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions

  • Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures as appropriate




Qualifications



  • NCCPA Certified

  • In the past 5 years, must have practiced as a Physician Assistant for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a year of primary care fellowship or 1+ years in an urgent care setting
