Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call Shift: Monday Friday, 8-hour day shifts with rotating night and weekend calls. Start Date: ASAP Call Ratio: 1:6 Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 10 Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: 12-15 Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 1 Will Other Cardiologists be Present During our Locum's Coverage: Yes Will the Locum Physician be Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers: Yes, 4 APCs Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Certification Requirements:
- BC Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology, Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified - REQUIRED
- ACLS - REQUIRED
- AHF Fellowship - LVAD experience - REQUIRED
- Provider Must be local - only mileage is reimbursed - REQUIRED
- DEA - REQUIRED
- Active VA license - REQUIRED
