StartDate: 6/15/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D/E/N Pay Rate: $1663.00 - $1714.00
PTA- home health needed asapHCHB and oasis Experience Required Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years Territory: Aqua/CapriAny call: No Call
Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Home Health
Experience: 12 months
Licenses: PTA(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
