The Role
We're looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading the kitchen team. You'll play a key role in maintaining standards, driving consistency, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen management
Lead service in the Head Chef's absence
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Support training and development of junior kitchen staff
Help with menu development and seasonal updates
Manage stock, ordering, and minimise waste
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
Passion for fresh, quality food
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
