Position: Headache Neurology Physician Connecticut
Schedule:
- Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- No call required (preferred)
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient headache center
- Support Staff: MA, nurse, front desk
Patient Volume & Care:
- patients/day
- New consults and follow-ups for migraine/headache
Procedures:
- Botox injections
- Occipital nerve block injections
Requirements:
- Physician (MD/DO)
- Headache fellowship required
- Experience with migraine management and injection therapies
