Schedule
- No call
- Options:
- 4 10-hour shifts/week OR
- 3 -hour shifts/week
Practice Setting
- PACU / Post-Anesthesia / Recovery
- Inpatient & outpatient
- Locations include:
- Main OR
- Outpatient surgery center
- Endoscopy / GI center (optional)
Facility & Case Mix
- Level I trauma
- 33 main ORs, 16 offsite anesthesia locations, 12 outpatient ORs, 3 4 GI rooms
- Team includes 60 CRNAs, 70 anesthesiologists, and anesthesia residents
- Patient population: Age 13 through end of life
- EMR: Epic
Scope / Exclusions
- Full CRNA scope of practice
- Excluded cases: Open heart/thoracic, pediatrics, OB, peripheral nerve blocks
