Will the Locum Provider Be Responsible for Grossing Their Own Specimens? Yes
Will the Locum Provider Be Cutting Their Own Frozen Sections on the Cryostat? Yes

How Many Histotechnologists? 5
How Many Pathology Assistants? 1
How Many Cytotechnologists? 2
Will the Locum Tenens Physician be Required to Supervise Other Healthcare Providers? No

Submission Requirements
- AP Board Certified - REQUIRED
- Active NY State license - REQUIRED
- A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission. - REQUIRED
