About the POSITION:


A well-established private dental practice in Florence, South Carolina is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join their team due to a provider transition. The practice has been serving the local community for nearly three decades and is known for its long-standing patient relationships and high-quality comprehensive care.



Practice Overview:




  • Established community-based general dentistry office operating for over 25 years




  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM




  • Closed on Wednesdays




  • Collaborative environment working alongside one experienced dentist, two dental assistants, and two hygienists




  • Five fully equipped operatories; no specialty procedures required




  • Patient volume averages around 460 visits per month with approximately 20 new patients monthly




  • Balanced payor mix of 50% fee-for-service and 50% insurance




  • Excellent % collection rate




  • No lab fees when utilizing partner-approved laboratories

The group provides administrative, clinical, and continuing education support while allowing dentists to maintain autonomy in patient care. Compensation & Benefits:




  • Competitive compensation structure: % of collections (based on experience)




  • Daily guarantee for the first 3 months
