Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities


Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation
Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure continuous workflow
Support the team in maintaining a positive and professional working environment


Requirements


Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring consistency in dish quality and presentation
Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills
Previous experience serving or interacting with customers is advantageous but not essential
A genuine passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn new techniques
