ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a Locum Neuro Hospitalist to provide inpatient neurology coverage with integrated telestroke responsibilities. This role includes 24-hour shifts covering daytime inpatient and telestroke care with overnight call, supporting a fully staffed primary stroke center. The position is available as soon as credentialing is complete.
Dates / Schedule
Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing
Shift Structure: 24-hour shiftsDay coverage (Inpatient & Telestroke): 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
Night call: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
Shift Volume: shifts per month
Setting: Inpatient neurology with telestroke coverage
Facility Resources:45 total ICU beds
Level 1 3 trauma designation
12 rehabilitation beds
Primary Stroke Center with full stroke team support
Clinical Support:Fully staffed hospital
Lab and X-ray services onsite
EMR: Epic
Board Certified in Neurology
Active Colorado medical license (highly preferred) or active IMLC with LOQ
Prior stroke telemedicine (telestroke) experience
Availability for both day and night coverage
Clean malpractice and background history
BLS certification (must be obtained prior to start)
COVID-19 vaccination
Self-Query NPDB (pulled within the last month) required at submission
