Job description

Provide compassionate care as a full-time Spine nurse practitioner or physician assistant at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in the beautiful community of Richland, Washington. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of an interdisciplinary team working with spine patients in a position that focuses primarily on outpatient care.   • Flexible 36-hour, Monday to Friday schedule
  • Fully outpatient care
  • No call
  • Robust onboarding plan
  • Compensation is between $146,690 and $197,175 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
  • Experience is required
  • Access to professional student loan consultant
  • As a non-profit organization, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
