Federally Qualified Health Center is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in a primary care setting located in the Asheville, NC area!

- Founded in 1993, this FQHC got its start serving the community with a HIV health program and over the years have expanded to include primary care while continuing to support the HIV population.
- In 2016, this health center achieved the Patient Center Medical Home certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance demonstrating their commitment to providing high quality primary care.
- 3 locations in the state of North Carolina along with a mobile clinic
Benefits and Features:
- $102,000 - $125,000 / year
- Opportunity for quarterly bonuses

- 40 hours of leave for CME
- PTO,11 Holidays, and 2 floating holidays
Your Role with the Company:
- Full-time, M-F 8am-6pm
- Call once a quarter
- FNP/PA will see 18/20 patients per day
- APP will work in a primary care setting with emphasis on chronic disease management, understanding of acute care management, and urgent care needs - joint sprain, simple procedures (I&D, laceration repairs)
Background Profile:
- 1+ years of experience in primary care as Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA required
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
- Current NC state license
- Current DEA certification
