ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a locum tenens Electrophysiology physician to provide inpatient and call coverage due to a change in FTE. This role involves caring for an adult and geriatric population in a high-acuity, Level 1 trauma center with strong cardiology team support.
Start Date: July 1, 2026
Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours
Call: 24-hour call
Call Ratio: 1:4
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
Practice Setting: Inpatient and call coverage
Patient Volume:20 clinic patients per day
11 inpatient admissions per physician per day
Facility Details:Level 1 trauma center
400 total beds, including 50 ICU beds
Team Environment:20 cardiologists in the group
Other cardiologists present during coverage
Supervision of 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Patient Population: Adult and geriatric
EMR: Epic
Procedures Required:Electrical cardioversions
Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
Tilt table tests
All electrophysiology procedures
Board Certified in Electrophysiology (required)
BLS and ACLS certification (required)
Ohio medical license (required; willing to obtain accepted)
Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation (required)
