JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform Comprehensive health assessments and deliver primary care services to a diverse patient population.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with state regulations.
- Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to promote wellness and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Nurse Practitioner License in Virginia
- Current DEA (or ability to obtain)
- Current BLS (or ability to obtain)
WORK/LIFE BALANCE:
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No On-Call
- No At-Home Charting
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm
- Weekly Pay
- Malpractice Covered
