- Schedule: Clinic only 3-4 days per week or clinic + call
- Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- Patients per shift: 2-3
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 PA/NP, 2 office staff
- EMR: Medhost
- Requirements: NV license or IMLC
- Credentialing: 30-45 days
