Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts/week
Assignment Length: 3 6 months
Start Date: January 5, 2026
Call: 1 weekday/week + 1 weekend/month
EMR: Epic
Hourly Pay: $250 $260/hr️ Travel covered Housing provided (cannot bill if housing is accepted)
Ortho, General, Podiatry, ENT, Healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, occasional Endoscopy
No heads, hearts, or spinesMust be proficient in OB if taking call
Required Skills: Spinals, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, Ultrasound-guided procedures (PICC preferred but not required)
Active Oregon CRNA License
Board Certified
DEA preferredCOVID-19 Vaccine or approved exemption required
