Aya Locums is seeking a skilled CRNA to provide locum services across multiple facilities in North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA looking for flexible scheduling and a rewarding work environment. Coverage is needed starting January 26, 2026, and ongoing through June 30, 2026, for 13 weeks.
Job Details:
- Case Types: General, Ortho, Vascular, Urology, GYN, Bariatrics, Robotics, ENT/Eyes, Thoracic, Neuro, Trauma, NORA (IR, EP, Endo, MRI)
- Setting: Multi-site hospital system (must be able to float between 4 facilities)
- Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (30-minute unpaid lunch), Monday and Friday shifts high priority. Hours: 7am-3pm or 7am-5pm
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
- Patient Population: Ages 12 and up at one facility, all ages except peds at another, all ages at third facility
- Support: Medical Supervision at one facility. Medical Direction at two facilities.
- EMR System: Epic
- Equipment: Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring
Facility Details:
Facility 1 (Medical Supervision):
- 110-bed hospital
- 4 OR rooms and 3 Endo rooms
- 20-30 patients per day between rooms
- Cases: General, Ortho, Vascular, Urology, GYN, Robotics
- Patient age: 12 years and up
Facility 2 (Medical Direction):
- 11 ORs
- Cases: Ortho, General, Urology, GYN, Bariatrics, Robotics (General, Urology, GYN), NORA Endo
- Patient age: All ages (no peds)
Facility 3 (Medical Direction):
- 4-5 shifts per month
- 60+ cases per day
- 20 ORs (General, Ortho, GYN, ENT/Eyes, Vascular, Thoracic, Heart, Neuro, Trauma)
- 5 NORA locations (IR, EP, Endo, MRI)
- Skills preferred: Hearts/Vascular, Neuro, Peds (not required to do hearts and lungs at this facility)
- Patient age: All ages
Requirements:
- Active CRNA Certification (Board-Certified)
- State License in North Carolina (required)
- ACLS and PALS Certifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience (no new graduates)
- Must be able to float between multiple facilities
