The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping financial strategy, supporting commercial decision making, and driving operational improvements across the organisation. The RoleLead the finance function, ensuring strong controls and accurate reportingPrepare monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow analysisManage audit processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirementsOversee R&D tax credits, grant funding, and external stakeholder relationshipsSupport operational and commercial teams with financial insight and KPI reporting
The PersonQualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountantProven leadership experience within a finance environmentStrong technical accounting and commercial awarenessExcellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsProactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business
