Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant Geriatric Care


Full-Time Monday Friday No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays

Your Role

In this position, you will:




  • Provide high-quality care to geriatric patients in long-term care, assisted living, or similar settings




  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team




  • Deliver compassionate behavioral health support when needed




  • Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and care teams



Ideal Candidate


  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (state licensure required or obtainable)




  • Behavioral Health experience preferred




  • Geriatric experience helpful but motivated new graduates are welcome




  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented
