Family Practice - With OB Physician

ATC West Healthcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide family practice care. The role involves managing a moderate patient load with support staff and performing routine primary care services, including minor in-office procedures. The ideal candidate can commit to a consistent weekly schedule and meet credentialing and licensure requirements in Michigan.



Dates / Schedule

• 
  Start Date: After credentialing (estimated days)


• 
  Assignment Duration: Through May or early June 2026 (confirmation required)


• 
  Schedule: Minimum 3 days per week (up to 5 days possible)


• 
  Preferred Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (flexible)


• 
  Patient Volume: patients per day


• 
  Interview: Required; availability must be provided at submission

Job Details / Responsibilities

• Provide family medicine care for all ages (pediatric cases are rare)


• Manage a daily patient load of individuals


• Work alongside 1 Nurse Practitioner and 1:1 Medical Assistant support
  


• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation


• Perform minor procedures in-office (2 procedure rooms available)


• Order and review in-house lab work (no radiology on site)


• Maintain high-quality patient care and clinical documentation


• Participate in standard onboarding and credentialing processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  Board Certification in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) (or Board Eligible for new grads)


• 
  Active Michigan Medical License
  


• 
  Michigan DEA License
  


• 
  ACLS & BLS certification (AHA required)
  


• 
  Clean background for expedited credentialing


• 
  Minimum 3 days/week availability (must specify exact schedule)

Preferred:

• Experience with EPIC EMR system
