Job Opportunity: Chef De Partie
Location: Three shires inn, Little Langdale, Ambleside, LA22 9NZ
Contract: Full-Time 5 Days a Week 40 Hours Permanent

The Three Shires is a vibrant, much-loved pub nestled in the heart of the Langdale Valley - one of the most iconic and well-loved walking areas in the country.
We're on the lookout for a Chef De Partie to join our passionate, experienced kitchen team.
About the Role:
You'll be part of a buzzing kitchen environment where no two days are the same. Your role will include:
Supporting chefs with prep and plating during service
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and safe
Learning new skills and progressing in your culinary journey
Working as part of a friendly, talented team who will train and guide you
This is an ideal role for someone eager to gain hands-on experience and grow into a professional kitchen career.

Enthusiastic, reliable and ready to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
Passionate about good food and great hospitality
Happy to live and work in a rural, close-knit community
No experience required - just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
